Female and Male Hair Designs
2010. Go for it!
There are a lot of bald headed men out there in today's society who would die for the chance to experiment with long hair designs, or even short hair designs come to that. If you're a man and you've still got hair, then embrace it. Love it, play with it, and change it, but whatever you do don't disrespect it or take it for granted. There are so many male hair designs to choose from for those folks lucky enough to still have their crop that it seems a waste not to go for some hair cut designs that bring out the best in you, especially if you're getting old and frumpy!
For young men, hair designs are exciting and easy to change. Look how David Beckham has altered his whole appearance on numerous occasions just by playing with his hair. There's a lot more to men's hair designs in the twenty first century than the short back and sides that everyone used to have in previous generations. For today's male, hair designs should not be something that is just changed by the youth. There is no reason why a middle aged man or older, shouldn't pick himself up and take on a fresh new look just as the women do from time to time when they fancy a change in style and appearance.
Wondering how to wear your crop on top is what's known as a high class problem to those of us who no longer have our hair (or on top at least!). Most of you would have heard of braids. Designs like this were once reserved for Rastafarian men and women and are known as Rasta braids or Rasta dreads. As peculiar as these styles in hair fashion are, you can bet your bottom dollar that many a baldie would give his right arm to have a head full of dread. The moral of this paragraph is this; if you've still got your hair, enjoy it, embrace it, play with it, and have fun with it. If you don't, and it goes, you'll miss it and all the new looks you could have achieved just by trying out new hair color styles and cuts.
Basically, the point coming from a baldie is it matters not what you are, be that a man, woman, or beast, and it matters not what kind of style you want, be that long hair designs, short hair designs, or something in between. No you fortunate souls, the point here is if you have hair, embrace it, invent it, and enjoy what it can do for you. Try to imagine yourself with no hair and not chance of getting it back.
Perhaps then you can realise the beauty and joy of that crop on top. The hair on your head has more power and influence than most people realise. It can actually make or break how others see you on that first encounter. People with bald heads, in general, be that natural of intentional, get less trust and respect from strangers than those folks with a full head of hair. Most first impression are subconsciously based on hair color, styles, and lengh.
So long as you have a head of hair, the styles available to you are only limited by your imagination, and that goes for both female and male hair designs. It's a fact that people who are adventurous with their hair tend to have more fun in life. Ok, so a mature man might not want to follow the styles of the trendy young men's hair designs where it gets scrunched, spiked, pushed at angles, fuzzed and fizzled, but that doesn't mean he's left with nothing more than the boring hair cut designs of his fathers' generation, aka the ultra safe short back and sides. Short hair designs, as in longer than a crew cut but shorter than a mop, will depict any bloke as a Dreary Dave, and if you're single, that's the last image you want to portray
Modern male hair designs are real scruffy, but because hair fashion says it is all the rage, then the crunched up gel, got stuck in a wind tunnel look, actually appears neat and stylish. Still, the hair cut designs of today will be laughed at in a year or two when something else comes along to take their place. There is something to be said about the dowdy men's hair designs of yesteryear in that they are pretty timeless for those of middle age and older, and always neat looking even if uninteresting. The young have no such luxury and have to change from short hair designs one minute, long hair designs the next, and the no hair, or very little hair, the moment the hair fashion industry dictates the switch. Hair! Who wants it? All the non-voluntary baldies, that's who ha ha lol
If there's one thing that many men don't like to see and that's male hair designs on women. You know the kind of thing, short tightly cropped hair with side parting, or crew cuts even. It might look hip on pop singers, but girl about town? Naar! Women would argue that men have sported long hair designs for years, and although this is true, we've not put our strands into plats, bunches, pigtails and ribbons. Men's hair designs have always included long locks, but this skinheads and short back and side approach on young women just isn't cutting it with most of us blokes. Sorry girls!
Let us just summarise again folks! If you are lucky enough to have your hair, embrace it, enjoy it, play with it, and integrate it to truly reflect your personality. Don't let the fashion industry dictate female or male hair designs. Be your own person and wear your hair as you think fit. Don't just wear short hair designs because they're à la mode at the time, just as you shouldn't sport long hair designs for the same reason.
With Christmas 2009 fast approaching, why not use it as a starting point to those weird & whacky long hair designs, or clean-cut short hair designs that will accentuate those of you with a round face. Xmas parties are a good excuse for dressing up and straying from the norm, so it could be your launching pad for new and ambitious hair cut designs for 2010. Hair is so much more than the protein filament that grows through the epidermis from follicles deep within the dermis. It's a part of you, how you look, how you feel, and how you portray yourself to others. Is your hair really working for you?
