Do you have healthy hair?

Healthy hair? What’s the heck’s when it’s at home! I’d just like to have some hair, I don’t care if it’s healthy hair or not. I got a spot of dandruff once and bought some shampoo called Wash & Go. Well, I washed it and it went, and it never did come back. Oh well, I’m not alone, there are many guys out there that never get to talk about hair health and beauty any longer. Unless we’re referring to our lovely ladies of course, like my wife for instance, now there’s someone who really knows how to have healthy hair.

On a more serious note though, what about you? Do you have healthy hair? Or can you even tell if it's truly healthy or not? The business of hair care and styling is certainly a big one now days as every second article in a woman’s magazine seems to be giving out healthy hair tips and promoting hair and beauty products. Hmm! I wish there was a few useful articles on how to grow hair for us baldies.

Anyhow, the question is, assuming you have a head of hair, is what can you be doing to keep your hair looking great? Your first concern may regard your current hair products. Do you wash every night with the drugstore stuff, or go all out and shop at a salon for hair care? Over the generations, men are not exactly renowned for hair care and maintenance. The key to having healthy hair does not only concern your chosen products, but your diet and lifestyle as well. You want to always remember to eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
